Feedback gevenWe just spent a nice evening in this restaurant and we were not disappointed. the cod with garnel and mosquitoes was beautifully presented on a bed of mossed vegetables with some dried and fresh fruit decoration. everything was good together. the price of €17 is simply unbeatable.
We landed randomly in this little restaurant while we wanted a bite on the way to grotte de clamouse. it wasn't something special out there, but then I saw on a fabulous look a teller of a few sitting there and we. the owner made us a combination of scallops, shellfish and garnel, with salat. it was fantastic! one of the best lunches that we had on a 10-day visit to the south of France and the presentation was, they can take their eyes from the presentation.
2nd restaurant of the week in st jean de fos, and a great moment of sharing. come together we discover a nice place and great simplicity and authenticity. Would you like dessert? and here we go to discover the map of a producer of ice creams and heraultian sorbets, with as diverse as unexpected perfumes. Which one do you choose? Which restorer is so generous today? jokes, simplicity and spontaneity, if we had been able to come back the next day to taste all the dishes we hadn't taken the day before, maybe we would have done a second evening at the coup 2 food're. certainly because for two large and hearty plates, a dessert suitable for our tastes, aperitives and wine. The setting is quiet and very pleasant, view of the mountain and the vineyards in an old wine cellar. the room keeps fresh in the summer. The kitchen is semi-open. I was hesitating between salads and salad bowls, and he offered me to combine the two "plat earth and sea". the quality of the ingredients and the dishes are surprising. of mango, young shoots, wasabi, ultra fresh products. in short, friendly atmosphere, original cuisine, neat, copier and taste.
We were just 2 a Saturday noon at the end of March. hardly any weakening in the city. The chief just received us by asking us what would please us. Some gambas flambées with what he had in the kitchen, mussels gratined to the old cantal, a beet purée with a delicious little sauce. He asked us as we liked this or that and added it to his preparation. He prepared a small salad of delicious pasta with a few strawberries, raspberries, a little salad, to make us wait until the main dish and he offered it to us on the addition. for dessert, we were no longer hungry, but I still wanted to take the chocolate melt. He arrived on a nice plate with strawberry pieces and an excellent whipped.Bref, a great moment, a great meal, I will return with great pleasure!
