Incredible setting, stunning view on the Ocean, delicious food and really friendly staff! A must when on the Basque coast!

I 've never written a review on Trip Advisor, but after this experience I am compelled to do so. Reading other reviews on the place I note our awful experience is echoed by many others. Please read the poor reviews to watch a pattern emerging. Initially our drinks order was completely wrong, followed by 6 mistakes on our food order (3 dishes never arrived . After being ignored 3 times by the waiter I went up to explain the order was wrong, to which I was told to sit down and it was all now OK. After waiting 10 more minutes we managed to attract the attention of another partilularly rough looking waiter who came across. We explaimed the mistakes on the order and that our children 's food still hadn 't arrived, nor several other dishes. We explained that of the 5 dishes delivered in 45 minutes, one was wrong and never ordered and the others still hadn 't arrived. He asked why then had we began eating it? to which we explained we had tried a number of times to attract the waiters attention to explain the error, and on the third attempt, we took a few pieces of ham off the plate (c.10% . He then aggresively asked where are you from? We answered (UK, South Africa and New Zealand , to which he replied I thought you were Russian or from Britain as people from those countries are the worst! We decided, following these comments to cut our losses and leave and on paying the bill at the exit, they still tried to over charge us and told us it was our fault that the order was wrong because the writing on the menu was so small and we were pointing to what we wanted (untrue one of our party ordered in French and they never confirmed the order with us . On leaving, the waiter who asked which country we came from shouted for the whole restaurant to hear never come back here, you aren 't welcome. This is a long review but I wanted to describe the whole event. At one point I expected I was being filmed on Candid Camera and that it was all a joke, but alas, no. This spot is run by arrogant, racist, aggressive bullies. It 's a pity because the views are great, but I guess they can mess those up...

We ate at the Bibam a couple of times and it was great value for money the only negative point was that the waitresses took away the plates as soon as you put down your knife and fork! I would recommend the BBQ beefburger excellent!!

That of positive, if you are looking for an idyllic frame, a wonderful view, go there eyes close. In addition, waitress and waitresses to the top, smile, young, cool as you like when you come from the coast, and that’s what misses here, restaurant and small spot like such, with real locals! If you are in the fancy stuff, don’t mix then, but it’s still better than the bobo restaurant. totally reasonable price, even cheap compare to certain, for view, the atmosphere and location the price is given. Top kitchen, generous tapas, wine and cocktail super good.When I read some comments tel that no mask in the service I don’t see where the problem is if you customers you are vaccinated anyway one of the best addresses on the odds, whether for a spray, a meal, a sunset around a glass, a relaxation after work, a date, with the family or friends I strongly recommend it. Only negative point: the places in the middle of summer

After waiting one hour for our dinner we left the restaurant. I never waited in France with my kids so long for a dinner. The waitress was pretty unfriendly. Nice place but the service is just horrible.
