Meat was cold, fries were cold, extremely long waitvery disapointed...especially for the price you pay

Onion rings all soggy cold and the floor is dirty black slippery i almost fell down seriously unclean place disgusting dirty

I ordered through their app and the cashier said my order didn't come through (After confirming I ordered from the correct store). I paid a second time to get my order made. I have contacted the store, and A&W on Facebook and no one seems to know how to return my money from having to re-order. Unimpressed and not eating at A&W until this is resolved.
