Barred Rock Chicken - Saint John

Very thin chicken, almost all batter. I would have preferred KFC (and I am not a big fan), at about half the price.

It is very good buttermilk fried chicken and everything about the poutine side was excellent. However this is expensive and our order took 15 - 20 minutes for it to be ready. There was only 1 customer there ahead of us and he left with his order before ours was placed. We got 2 of the 2 piece fried chicken meals with poutine sides and 2 drinks. The total was $35. My wife's 2 piece was both dark meat. I certainly would not go here on a lunch break due to the wait time.Overall I encourage people to try this spot since it's kind of unique for the uptown area and it's the best "fast food" chicken you'll get.

It's good fried chicken but there is nothing spectacular about it. It's a little overcooked and slightly overpriced

New hot spot in Market Square , their chicken poutine is amazing , large serving feeds 2 but it's too good to share !

My significant other and I stopped by here after running an errand. I had the fried chicken burger and he the portobello mushroom burger. We were both impressed with the quality of food but I'd have to say this was the juiciest, tastiest (but not greasiest) chicken burger I've ever consumed, hands down.
