Pizza Hut - Saint John

Staff clearly doesn’t communicate. Called and the manager or whoever said with my half and half pizza I could get the two different appropriate sauces and to just call after placing the online deal, then we get a call and get a new lady two minutes later after placing the order telling us she can’t (more like wont) do the two different sauces, even after telling her we were JUST told it was fine. Most idiotic staff ever.

Average food pizza ok,the deap dish is good,the price is good on the buffet,good for bring the kids.

BAD PIZZA BAD service no toppings no sauce no cheese just horrible and a waste of my time and money.

Omg what a waste of time and money ordering pasta from this restaurant. Is there an aluminum paper shortage in Saint John or what? I ordered pasta with chicken and Alfredo sauce and an order of breadsticks. Pasta came uncovered in a small cardboard box and was ice cold when I got it. This is no exaggeration it was COLD. What is that seriously?!?! Breadsticks was the best part. I ate three breadsticks and that was my dinner. Another horrible move is to post that the total is just over $21 including a $5.00 delivery charge when you complete the online order and then when the confirmation delivery email arrives shortly after, the delivery charge bumps itself up to $8.00?! That is sketchy as H E double hockey sticks lol!! (Using my outside voice) I can’t even bring myself to giving this Pizza Hut a score of one circle. They don’t deserve ONE.

We were staying at a local hotel and called to place the order. The lady I spoke with was very nice and helpful and patiently told me their specials. Food was delivered fast and hot and delicious!
