Taco Bell - Saint John

This is the best taco bell I have been too in a long time. Chili cheese burritos that are actually the size they are suppose to, and the service was great. I went a little before closing and ordered a party pack with 4 burritos. It was done in seconds (fast food) and they quickly realized they had enough product ready for four burritos but upped the fourth to a more expensive menu item and it tasted great. Will definitely go back, party happy!

I have had consistent issues with DoorDash every time I place an order. Even when the food is correct, I often have to remind the restaurant to include the drink. On my most recent order, I was missing two items and received the wrong drink. Since this was a delivery order, I was unable to go in person to correct the mistake. When I reached out to DoorDash for help, their automated system informed me that there was nothing they could do.

Possibly the worst food establishment I visit in this city. Always having incorrect orders, never has basic ingredients for tacos, aka the lettuce or even hard shells at times. 1/3x you can guarantee your order is wrong. They don’t pick up the phone either, so good luck getting any replacement. Who ever is franchising this location needs to reevaluate your business decisions. Do it right. Do better.
