Feedback gevenI want to express my gratitude to the staff at this location, especially Mary Bel. Two days ago, I accidentally left my purse behind (I'm quite forgetful), and since I don't live nearby, I didn't expect it to still be there, especially since I was sitting in a tucked-away corner of the restaurant where anyone could have taken it. However, when I returned to the area today and inquired about my purse, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was still there! The staff had kept it safe, and Mary immediately recognized what I was asking for and handed it to me. Thank you so much!

For some reason, they just won't take your requests into account. I've had to repeat myself multiple times, only to end up at the window with an order that's either completely wrong or poorly put together. I specifically asked for a caramel toffee twice, and they confirmed my order, yet when I got to the window, I was handed a caramel iced coffee instead and told they no longer have toffee. This sort of thing happens regularly with all kinds of orders, including food. I'm finally giving up and leaving a review!

What is wrong at this timms? I order lots of milk and my drink is so hot i have to wait 30 mins till i can drink it. There machines are not putting out the correct amount or the employee dont care and rush through the order. They rush to much. SLOWDOWN and listen to what we are ordering. I have stop going here because of the money i have thrown out because all the orders are wrong.
