Santana's Building - Saint John’s

They brought back from the dead my 10 year old lawn mower that never realy worked well from date of purchase. Within a few hours they did a complete overhaul for a reasonable price. The lawn mower now cuts high grass like butter!

Went here to checkout my power washer. The staff was very efficient. They checked the unit out and changed a faulty spark plug in uno time. It would be fear to say I was in and out i under 45 min and the service to include the plug cost $40.

A building that is easy to find within St. John's. It comprises a huge tools repair, purchase centre, PAWI office, Doña Lola restaurant (Excellent food yum yum), General Store to the bottom as well as a Notary which is upstairs. There is ample parking space on the compound. I had the opportunity to visit all the above named stores/offices. I received wonderful service at all. The building is located in a strategic place and is not hard to find. You can easily take a taxi and reach there easily from town. If you drive, it is easy as well.

I had no idea this place existed! It's a fantastic spot for all your gardening equipment needs, including sales and repairs for parts.

This complex offers rental office spaces and houses a variety of businesses. Among them is an office dedicated to assisting residents of our island with the completion and legal approval of passport forms before submission to the main office. They provide excellent support throughout the process.
