Vendor's Mall - Saint John’s

The Vendor's Mall is located on Thames and Redcliffe Streets in St. John's City, St. John's, Antigua in the vicinity of Redcliffe Quay, The Heritage Hotel, Heritage Quay and the St. John's Cruise Port. The Mall consists of intimate beachwear and Caribbean clothing and Souvenirs with some other varied establishments catering mainly to the Holiday maker. Hair braiding and Taxis are available and I must say that there are more patrons on Cruise Ship Days. One is surrounded by many shopping opportunities in and around the Mall and the party atmosphere is present, just to enjoy a snack or Ice Cream whilst leisurely relaxing (and observing the scenery) in the alfresco communal seating and dining area is pure bliss. Nighttime activities are also undertaken and the Vendor's Mall takes on a different atmosphere as one of a night spot and businesses mainly on the outer fringes mostly restaurants come alive to a different uniquely Antiguan Vibe. The vendors mall has earned it reputation as a great hang-out spot and a place to just let your hair down (If you are in to that sort of thing, or have hair for that matter). An interesting and rewarding place to visit for anyone on Antigua.
