Feedback gevenThis place needs better management. they get their food 10 minutes before their smoothie. the personal saw confused, very bad time management. when she was asked for the smoothie, the girl said, I have fed a lot, they will soon get it and gave to the people who ordered their smoothies after us!
Second time we have been here…first time they had no ice. Today we waited 25 minutes for food, saw customers who came in after us get their food. Finally asked about order, they asked oh what did you order? Finally made delivered order to table (one sandwich and two quesadillas). Did not have salsa with quesadillas…went to counter again to ask for it, I was told by person who looked to be manager oh we don’t have any of that. That would be fine but if you can’t make full order say that when ordering. One quesadilla had hardly any chicken. For $40 for three people would expect more. Would have expected apology. Girl that brought food threw a bag on table and walked away. Manager did nothing. They had plenty of staff, I saw at least seven employees, one who was on phone most of time. We will not be back to the location again. We go to the Murabella location often and they are pleasant and quick. We were here Sunday, August 14 and order was placed at 2:48.
Worst customer service experience I have had an any Tropical Smoothie. We are loyal customers but ever since this one opened we have tried unsuccessfully to patronize this location. Last Thursday we placed and order online, after realizing the address was wrong we called to cancel and quickly reordered with the correct address. After waiting for over 50 minutes of receiving confirmation of receipt, I called to check on our order. I was told by a very rude young girl that when door dash called she told them it was cancelled. Confused, because I reordered, I asked to talk to the manager who originally told me to reorder it and he would cancel the first one . He proceeded to deny telling me to reorder ?? and that he couldn’t do anything about my order that was just sitting there. I asked him to contact door dash and he told me that was MY JOB, even though I ordered directly from TS app. I asked for a refund and for him to help me resolve it and he hung up. Food never came. As franchise owners it is important to know when your management team and staff are not taking care of customers. And to make it worse, there is absolutely no number for a corporate or franchise office . So the 15 year old manager has final say with no supervision or accountability.
Service, food and prices was all good. Had the Thai Chicken Wrap and a Berry Smoothie excellent. Will definitely go back.
I've been here only 5 times, but the last 3 times within the 3 weeks. First 2 times it was ok... but the last 3 times something has been wrong. I get the same smoothie. I REALLY don't know what they did the 2nd time it wasn't the correct color. And today (June 13 around 1050am) my smoothie is juice, it's all liquid. I like the service, employees are very nice. But I gave this place 3 tries, they have screwed it up. I'll drive to the location in Fruit Cove. So disappointing
