Kfc - Saint Johnsbury

Terrible service , ordered then showed up to the rudest person answering phones at the KFC in St Johnsbury VT. Will never go there again. Prepaid, the waited in driveway for 15 minutes to find out pepaid quick pick ordered online goes thru the longestline with the worst service around. Will never come here again! Or any other KFC for that matter! Only gave one atar cause i hadto to leave this review

Food was good, but only drive thru open, sign says due to lack of staffing. No dine in, no bathroom available

I 'll start by saying I 'm very aware they 're working short staffed. I don 't know of many that aren 't. Is there typically a wait for my food? Yes. I 'm not counting that towards my rating. The food is typical KFC/Taco Bell. Nothing fantastic, but nothing typically to complain about. The atmosphere is average. The dining area is usually clean. Service from most staff isn 't an issue. The manager could probably use an attitude adjustment though. It 's not exactly uncommon to hear her yelling at staff or customers. After yelling at staff running drive-thru, she even closed the drive thru window in the face of a customer asking to have their biscuit on the side instead of packed the way it was designed. Clearly the customer was in the wrong here. Corporate doesn 't seem to care about how this branch is run and seems to be oblivious to management being a huge issue. Well, maybe if they knew management is telling people to go elsewhere causing them to lose even more money... Parking: Manager and possibly their boyfriend regularly park in customer parking or right in outside of the main entrance rather than where staff is expected to park. I will not ever go there again. The crackhead manager was rude to everyone in line. My husband see one of the workers drop his bowl on the floor and told her and the manager said he was lying. Would not give us a refund. Was swearing at me. Would not give me the district manager's number. And told me I could leave my number and the district manager would call me back if they felt like it. And laughed. Honestly they should be shut down! Food is horrible as well. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Recommended dishes: Fried Chicken

The manager is a complete scumbag very rude should not have her job messed up my food I tried to be very polite in my complaint and was told not to call and run my mouth so yeah this place should be closed down seeing they have had this same rude crackhead running the show for probaly last year or better will never go again hope the place closes down.
