Bracy's Cafe - Saint Joseph

Great place to have brunch or lunch. Food is 1st class good with prices at very affordable prices. You can even watch plates being prepared, cakes and pies made by a see through half plexiglass wall down the hallway. Its all hand made and always fresh. All pies are made with fresh fruit so I've been told. The coconut cream pie caught my attention tho

Love this place. Great small diner feel while being very clean. If you haven't had one and like breakfast foods, get the Stromboli.

Small, local cafe with a short, standard menu and a daily special. I honestly can't tell you if the set menu items are good as I always get the special, and I am never disappointed. I have also not been able to convince myself dessert is ok at lunch, but all their cakes and pies look great. Staff is nice and friendly. Parking can sometimes be limited (street parking) and it can be difficult to get seating for large parties together.

My wife and I found this nice place completely by accident, and I 'm glad. We 're not familiar with St. Joseph and were searching for a late lunch before hitting the Pony Express Museum. Pickings seemed slim while driving around and the GPS led us to this spot under a previous name. Convenient free street parking was easily available. The decor was inviting with art on the walls and the staff was welcoming. Soups, salads, quiche, sandwiches, and a breakfast stromboli (my choice) are just a sample from the menu. Service was quick and attentive. We both felt that our meals were generous and delicious. Cost was reasonable. We didn 't even get around to trying the desserts which from the displays must have been pretty spectacular. Maybe next time...
