Feedback gevenMy experience today was disappointing. I arrived around 9:30 AM and noticed a child who looked around 7 years old running around the restaurant. The parking lot was full, so I suspect I ended up parking in the employee section, but I’m not sure. On the positive side, the food was good, but unfortunately, the overall atmosphere of the place left much to be desired.
If you can actually find doughnuts here, you might enjoy them, but that's a rare occurrence. Sometimes by 5 PM, they’re already out of doughnuts??? It's frustrating. They really need to make more than just once a day. Managers, take control! Maybe they should consider changing the name to “No Doughnuts” instead. It’s really disappointing!
Krispy Kreme is definitely my favorite (it's a shame there's no Krispy Kreme in town), but I still enjoy Dunkin' (and just to clarify, I'm not English). However, the drive-thru service feels incredibly slow, almost like snails are taking orders!
Put in an online order for 2 dozen chocolate sprinkle donuts for a birthday party. Showed up to a half a dozen employees outside smoking, and they had no donuts for me. I asked for a refund of my $30 and they told me they couldn’t give me a refund since it was a mobile order I would have to contact corporate. Very rude. Left with nothing. Paid them for nothing. Mobile order said they would have it fresh and ready. The only thing I saw was the employees doing absolutely nothing.
I ordered hot chocolate and was served sugar water flavored with chocolate. It tasted FAKE!! I generally don't write negative reviews, but this was so repulsive! Immediately trashed. Whatever you do, don't order their hot chocolate.
