Order click And collect , no terminal to activate arrival at the dug to go inside the customers drives faster served and to finish it makes me well known "you wait the one don't give you "
I'm a customer of your fast food since the opening, we come every Tuesday to please my little girl and for a good time it's missing something not later than yesterday it was missing a part of the happy meal menu, fries, the box, the gift...... it starts to get us seriously. In summary if you take a take-out order you need all DEBALLER to check the coherence and possible shortcomings of your order, I live 3 km from this establishment from now on I will go to competition 10 km !!!!!
I went there yesterday December 18, 2022 with my husband, niece and darling. And how to say that I'm seriously starting to get tired of order errors. Yesterday personalized order sandwich (triple cheese bacon without pickles and ketchup) and well I find myself with a triple bacon cheese without bacon. So yes I know that France has lost the cup of the world but it’s not a reason to make order errors. So we’ll tell me “yes, but we had to come and complain about it, we would have done it again” how to tell you kindly that I’m tired of always having to laugh at your restaurant, and don’t tell me that it’s the fault of the affluence in the restaurant it’s totally wrong there was a guinea. But good apparently it’s complicated to handle more than 3 orders. The only thing I took was the lady who complained about volunteering... a little like the Bacon in you to wonder if he was optional or if he volunteered. He liked your restaurant much at its beginnings when there was the nice manager who took care of quality and customers. Now it’s the most total anarchy when it’s not the restaurants’ tables that are dirty these are command errors and not necessarily during rushes. So either there’s a team management problem or it’s a general whip. In short, between the quality of the staff and the quality of the food, I am no longer surprised to change cremerie and prefer the BK from angles. At least the boss is not far and he drives his teams regularly. Drive. A service below everything!!! I went there twice in 1 month: no gas or ice in the drinks, 1 towel for 3, AUCUNE sauce although we ordered it, and the pumpkin no caramel in my sunday caramel!!! It’s openly screwing customers that!!!! And the mouth of the hamburgers I don’t even talk about it, all the way!!!! Run away from this place and don't stop there
