Drive through the line is always HELLA long, but the staff is beautiful, order is always accurate and fresh.

I'm sure I got COVID from here. Low sanitary standards, employees do not wear masks. Don't come here. You don't care about COVID.

5 stars on this! I had delivered my food from Door Dash, and the food was EXCELLENT! Not about the storage of sauces, spices, etc. As always the Whopper tasted so good!

I don't like the Burger King on St. Charles Rock Road at all. I came out of my car and went to the door and it was locked. It was after 12:00 on Wednesday. There were a long number of people in the car thru. I went there and went to the side of Woodson Road, which was much better. The young lady who was in front was very nice, friendly and professional. I loved the way they ensured that every order was correct and ensured that customers were satisfied with their dynamic customer service. She deserves a raise for a job well done!!

If you want a horrible experience of ordering take-out from a Burger King... this is definitely the store you would like to try. I have been to this store at different times of the day... and always I feel that the drive thru is King here. This last time..i was fourth in line... with nobody waiting for food...and it took 25 min. to get one whopper. It felt like there would be 3 orders going out of the drive through... while only one order would be served through the take out line. I should have driven 3.2 miles to get moderate service from St Ann 's BK... or back tracked 5 miles to get great service from Brentwood 's BK. I have been there when people have complained.. they shrug... apologize... and it 's the same way the very next time.
