Chef Ma's Chinese Gourmet - Saint Louis

What an INCREDIBLE place! The food is amazing Chef Ma is a true delight. You can taste the love he has for his craft the pride he has in his wonderful restaurant! We had the fried calamari in tempura it is the best we've ever tasted. The white fish with organic vegetables was to die for..the swordfish was fantastically fresh! The pot stickers were perfect the fried rice is the absolute BEST! Chef Ma makes his own sweet sour sauce you can most definitely tell the difference between it those crappy little packets. There are so many appetizing things on the menu that we cannot wait to try! We will ABSOLUTELY be back....and soon!!

Amazing food! Chef Ma is a great guy, he will recommend dishes if you are unsure about anything. Never had a bad dish there.

Chef Ma's has a wonderful assortment of authentic and Americanized Chinese cuisine. The food is consistently excellent and I've never been disappointed. It's a good thing I don't live close to Overland, otherwise, I'd probably go there a couple times a week!

Wonderful food prepared fresh by a 2008 iron chef winner who loves his customers and community and puts his heart and talent into everything he cooks.

Good fast authentic as you will get Asian food...great flavors...P.S. I HAVE BEEN TO CHINA AND EATEN IN SOMEONES HOME FOR FIVE DAYS....So I know the difference between AMERICAN ASIAN and ASIAN ASIAN FOOD...some of the products are different and for one IN CHINA THEY DONT USE SAY SAUCE...thats a Japanese thing
