Chicken Out - Saint Louis

Got the spicy chicken sandwich and washed it down with a strawberry milkshake. Great food, great service. Charlie, the gm of the joint, was super personable and easygoing. Keep up the great work guys ???

The youngest kid that took our order and got our drinks went well above standard. He made sure we had everything we needed and their drink machine was down so he continued to fill our drinks. Coming from a somewhat regular, consistently good every time. Their fries have delicious seasoning and great chicken. Enjoy trying the different specials as they come out. They are dependable. In times where they are very busy with pick up orders, they have always offered us an extra side of fries, coupon for the future, etc and even in those times it was never that long of a wait.

I see a few similar reviews. I paid a premium price for a delivery order and the main entrée was not with order. Called the location and took at least 30 rings to even pick up. The associate quickly raised his tone and became defensive when I told him about the missing item. I saw him make it. Its a doordash issue Click! Of course contacting DD they tell me the merchant has to cancel order since the order was placed through their website/app. I would advise some training to employees on how to handle delivery mishaps if your are going to contract through DD. I love the food but this experience was by far one of the worst and I have had and they lost my business.

The complete Hi-Pointe experience with a chicken twist. Tried the spicy sandwich and loved it. Highly recommend trying the sauces they have, the chili garlic ranch was incredible.
