Feedback gevenI've ordered from this restaurant several times using their mobile ordering system, mainly because it's conveniently located on my way to work. However, my recent experience was disappointing. Around 11:20 AM, they ran out of vinaigrette for my salad, which was frustrating. The last salad bowl I ordered contained only about five small pieces of spinach — it was extremely light. Additionally, I consistently end up waiting around 10 minutes past my scheduled pickup time. It's frustrating to see people who came in, ordered, paid, and left before I've even received my order. If I have to wait this long anyway, what's the point of using mobile ordering?
The food is great, but this location consistently struggles with being understaffed. On several occasions, I’ve had to wait nearly half an hour to pick up an order that should have been ready according to the app’s estimate. It would really help if the app could adjust its estimates based on current conditions at the store. Additionally, management should consider closing the dining room or stop accepting Chipotlane and online orders when they don't have enough staff to handle the demand. Just the other day, I walked in and noticed only one employee was working the dining room ordering line, when ideally there should have been three. It’s crucial for upper management to prioritize hiring and employee retention, as less stressed workers would lead to a better experience for everyone involved.
No disrespect but they must get these employees straight off the short bus. The store is dirty, they ?ran out? of numerous items, and it couldn?t have taken longer. I?m sure I could have killed a chicken, farmed the vegetables, and assembled my bowl by the time I got to the front of the line. This place is a disgrace. Rating 1.5 out of 5.
This location was terrible! The employees were rude. We arrived before 9pm. They were super stingy with even the rice, beans, and lettuce. They were only giving guacamole to online orders. They weren't cooking anything, including the fajita veggies. They locked the doors at a few minutes after 9 and we're not accepting any more in person orders. They were fulfilling online orders only but weren't managing the door to let in the people who had the orders. TRASH!
I had the worst customer service experience ever. The employee prepared my tacos in a very messy way while chatting with a friend who was sitting at a table. Additionally, the place was dirty and poorly maintained. I definitely won't be coming back; it was really disappointing.
