Chuck E. Cheese - Saint Louis

It was pretty great next to some things. We had our sons birthday party here. The pizza was okay. I was really disappointed that they didn't have the Animatronics they had earlier. About 1/5 to 1/4 of the games were out of order, and I feel like there were fewer games than before. The hostess was fine, but not so helpful. Fortunately, the manager Shiela was very helpful.

People who work there could be something nicer. Yesterday, the cashier literally pretended to have not seen us while the other, who obviously did not know how to check in, tried to tell her that she had a line. She was still trying to ignore, and when she finally approached, she had the greatest attitude. Basic customer service could be thought of!! If you are busy only recognizing people and telling them, you will be right with them. Easy!!!

I picked up a job tonight about DoorDash. DoorDash did not send the order to the store, but I found the manager to be very nice and accommodating and apologetic, even if it wasn't the shop error. She let me have salad while I waited and quickly got my order out for me! I frequent this store with my children and I?m actually throwing my son birthday party here with 20 adults and 20 children in a few weeks! We look forward to it! I think their food is great and they maintain a clean environment that is difficult in today's workforce. Stop the good work.

Very clean, easy the best children arcade around. great place for the children to spend a few hours. play all well maintained not broken. tokens and tickets are now digital. my first visit in this place was 1999. as a child I remember the joy of getting a cup of these golden Chucky tokens and shaking them, letting tokens stuck in a machine, finding tokens that others had dropped, pulling super long card strips from the skee ball machine and feeding them back into the ticket counter, the things were as funny as the games themselves. I am sad that these things are gone, because the digital experience is simply not the same.

Employees could definitely be happier and friendlier. I just feel like at a place for children, they should be a little more upbeat. At the very least,smile. Was only there for maybe an hour and a half and spent over $30 for games, and another $20 for a medium pizza, that wasn't very good ? I just have 1 child. I definitely couldn't afford to take several kids here. I will say that it was very clean, and seemed well maintained.
