Delicious ice cream, it is super creamy and friendly staff! I have cotton candy with rubber bears in it. ?
The ice is fantastic! I liked the almond milk chocolate. You have to offer a whole range of almond milk ice cream. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would suggest you open up more business here and go through franchising internationally. Family prices where the whole family eats for a special price if children are part of the family would be a very good supplement.
Many choices. Coffee ice cream was great. All there work very pleasantly and efficiently.
My husband and I went to Cold Stone after going to the movies across the plaza, for a specific seasonal item that I had been very excited to try. There were two young employees working, and a manager. The two young employees were very pleasant, but the manager?s behavior was abhorrent. She was shouting down the young man in front of the long line of customers. ?Oh, you?re working? Is that what you?re doing? Is this what working looks like??. The young man did appear to be busy the entire time I was in the store. It was very unprofessional of her to berate the employee in front of the long line of customers. Even if she was ?just playing?, it turned my husband and I off immensely. In a world where ?nobody wants to work?, this is not the way to keep employees. Additionally, the manager?s appearance was revolting to the point where if I didn?t really want the specific item badly, I would have walked out. She had long hair that was pulled back into a ponytail, but was visibly dirty and greasy, that she kept touching. She was not wearing gloves. She had very long artificial fingernails. I saw her run her nails under one another numerous times as though to be grooming them. If she were going to be waiting on me, I would have asked for another employee. Finally, I ordered the biggest carry-out container I could of ice cream. The employee did not fill it all the way; there was an inch of space left at the top of the container. I noticed that the ice cream freezer of my selected flavor was almost empty but had a couple scoops left. I cannot help but think that because it was close to closing time, the employee did not want to open up a new container from the back. I paid $15 for what was probably $12 worth of ice cream.
