After a while, we approached the bartender to order drinks, but she never acknowledged us. Eventually, the owner came over and asked us to leave, implying that we were being disruptive, even accusing us of not making any noise. We had every intention of ordering from the bartender and were simply using the space as it was meant to be used. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this place.
This place is terrible. A group of my friends and I came to the bar and were not addressed at all by the bartender. There were only about two other people at the bar. We had to go to the bar to finally get their attention. The owner? is also very rude and has told us that we go because we have ordered water and spent time in his bar while we play a board game they had for their customers on the display. He made a huge scene in front of all his customers and was not professional at all. He accused us not to tip his bartender when we had all the intentions to do so before we left. AWFUL PLACE.
I stopped by 4strings and immediately felt at home thanks to David. It's a lovely little spot, and I'm really happy it's not just another sports bar.
The Golden Girls Brunch was delightful! The theme was fantastic, and the service was excellent. The staff was warm and welcoming!
Good fried food. Had the buffalo chicken sandwich and fried mushrooms which were quite tasty. Hot tea is also served. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The decor was fun with artistic creations from old violins and 80's style memorabilia (golden girls mostly). The smell was a little strong but normal for a bar. I enjoyed my visit and will likely return.
