It's Just Wings - Saint Louis

These were disgusting. Not crispy at all. They are pale!

The food was good. The people were dry. It was our first visit and we were treated like we were supposed to know how everything worked. There are no menus on the wall so I?m trying to figure out what to order. After looking at us because we?re about to just leave we were told where paper menus were located. We sat outside and the chairs were wet. We went to get paper towels they were by the inside door. The waitress came out with our food. She said the silverware is inside by the door as well. Didn?t offer to bring it. All of this could be avoided if they greet customers and tell them where everything is. Because we don?t work there!!! Breakfast for 2 was expensive for a work-a-rant.

I’ll trust the opinions of my fellow reviewers and choose to dine somewhere else. It’s a shame because I almost gave it a chance, but reviews don’t lie. Please do better. Nobody goes out to eat frozen food; if that were the case, we’d just stay in.

I'm giving this place a third chance. While I’m not a fan of the bone-in wings, the boneless wings were quite tasty! The mango habanero sauce was just right, and the curly fries were good as well! Just a heads up: wings delivered tend to lose their appeal because of temperature, but they now offer pickup. If you get them hot and fresh, they're definitely worth it!

I decided to order from this restaurant for the first time through DoorDash, and I’m quite disappointed. I’m not sure if it’s because the staff doesn’t pay attention to DoorDash orders or what, but I’m missing chicken from my 8-piece order, and the ranch dip cups they provided are barely half full.
