Feedback gevenI purchased a family bucket for over $40.00. When my husband arrived, the lobby door was locked. He had to knock on the side where employees were sitting in the lobby relaxing. He knocked on the window to get someone's attention. He was told to go tothe drive thru to pick up our order!! He had to explain that when placing an order, it clearly indicates to go in the lobby. The employee did not want to give him the order that was sitting on the counter waiting on us. Why would one place an orderonline to have to sit in the drive thru? This is a circumstance that could turn out bad with the customer losing in the end andhaving to walk away with no dinner and wait for a refund. It is UNACCEPTABLE to close the lobby and expect us to go through thedrive thru. Besides that the chicken was too salty and the mashed potatoes and gravy were bland. I will not be back and amlooking for a refund.
No dining room entry. Ordered at drive through window. Two piece big box contained pieces from a baby chicken that were very greasy the sides and biscuit were fine. Also got two piece tender and fries. Tenders were almost perfect but again a bit old andthe fries were very old and soggy. The pop was very watery. Will be sure to avoid THIS KFC. Lastly, person who collected themoney had a nice smile and was very polite.
Almost everytime I order extra biscuits here they never put them in the bag. Anytime I ask for sauce or I order it for delivery they never give me my sauces either and I have to pay for the sauces in an app to even add them. Why does no one check theorders properly before bagging it? Its very simple to do, anyone who's worked fast food knows you're supposed to check the bagbefore finishing the bagging process and handing the food out.
Well I know people at KFC are not ordering chicken. Stopped by KFC at The page location in Overland and was told after waiting in line over 10 minutes that it was another 30 minute wait for chicken. When I suggested they should place an employee at thedrive-through to notify people that KFC had no chicken available so those same people (The six cars behind me) weren?t wastingtheir time in line, I was told that wasn?t an option for their employees to perform. Kentucky fried chicken is now ... unableto provide chicken
Food is fine, nothing stellar, but its KFC. The tenders were kind of chewy. The fries travel VERY poorly and were mostly soggy due to condensation, but thats to be expected. Both the sauces, one that came with the combo and one I ordered extra, were left out of the order, and they didnt give me a straw. But it was all edible and I got the combo I ordered. All in all, not too bad if you dont expect much to start with.
