Kitchen House Coffee is a Saint Louis gem, worth seeking out even if you're not in the neighborhood. If you care about local food, sustainability, and safe, engaging community spaces, these are all showcased in their choices of food, service, and staff.Kiddos and adults can say hi to chickens in the back yard, too. This is a cozy spot but can get full and busy on weekends. Bepatient and you'll be rewarded. Their BLT on house-made everything bagel is my favorite food item, but also love the granola andbaked goods. Coffee, cold brew, sodas and smoothies are tasty, and seasonal flavors and syrups are fun. Many seasonal items comefrom their urban farm a block away. Thank you to Paul, David and staff for providing such a wonderful community space, anddelicious food and drink.
Great little coffee shop in Compton Heights! I have stopped here multiple times, and have always enjoyed grabbing an espresso or snack here. My personal favorite menu item is the vanilla cappuccino! I highly suggest ordering an Egg Sammie with bacon;sandwiched between a house-made everything bagel is a farm-fresh fried egg, cheddar cheese and delicious slices of bacon. Ifyou are in the neighborhood, or looking for a new cafe, this one is worth the visit!
I feel like the staff knows everyone that walks in. It?s that kind of place. The store is covered in fun knickknacks, color and texture. It gets a bit packed, but not terribly loud. Whoever works the music has great taste. Kind of hard to find a poweroutlet. Great food, very good coffee.
We stumbled on a gold mine! The service was friendly and quick. My favorite was the bagel and black coffee.
