Mcdonald's - Saint Louis

I come in to the McDonald dreading the bad service I get everytime I come here Like having to waiting for my order to be taken because the employees are arguing . BUT NOT TONIGHT. For the first time in the 2 1/2 yrs coming here my visit was the best oneever. They have done away with all those rude kids and employees that were here just for a pay check . The new staff were veryhelpful and greeted me as soon as I walked in making me feel welcomed. I had to step back outside to see if I was in the rightplace. No yelling or employees counting down the clock or people just plain being rude . I'm loving the new vibe I thinkMcDonald's got it right with getting rid of the old and replacing with the new . Keep up the great customer service . And thankGod no more dirty looks when you walk in or employees that would make comments like why didnt you lock the doors so he wouldn'tcome in. Or the employees yelling and always cussing managers arguing with employees in the front or employees just leavingcause it was there time to go leaving me at the registR. Employees having a physical fight with another employee. No more chaos.

I was trying to order for me and my son. I 've had past issues with this specific mcdonalds. I tried placing my order. The lady very hostile repeated mam hold on and it was very hard understanding her. When she asked again what my order was I was tryingto tell her my order and she harshly told me if you ain 't nothing else to order pull up I wasn 't finished with my order. myorder was a happy meal and 6pc nuggets with a small fries but I wasn 't able to tell her I wanted fries with how frustrated shesounded. So I pull forward and she takes my card and goes to the back. This made me nervous because she had my card for morethan a minute which worried me. I dont understand how you take someone 's card around to the back and the front when there 's aPOS system right there on the drive through window. I 'm not coming back to this place and I recommend whomever is reading thisto choose another mcdonalds. Please.

Because the employees don't wear face masks properly. some under the nase and some under the kinn.

I enjoyed my visit. My Cashier was very Professional. It was a young gentleman. O must of thrown my receipt away. I think my was 129 or something. I had the delux burger, with a small fry no salt, and a fruit punch drink. Everything was to perfectuon. I was surprised when I seen I could eat inside for I Live in Maplewood, and we cannot do that there. I work in Fastfood myself. I was pleased with the over all service.

Bought a cup of decaf coffee, it was PERFECT! They should share their secret with the other Mikky Dee's.
