Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Saint Louis

I had my first experience dining here today, and it was fantastic! The taller light-skinned gentleman who took care of me was really friendly and offered some great recommendations. The food was amazing, especially the toasted bread – it was done perfectly. I ordered a 6-inch Roast Beef and Bacon sandwich, and I loved it. I will definitely return next time I'm in the area. Great job!

Excellent service! Seriously, this place has the best customer service in the St. Louis area. The manager gave my 2 year old daughter free cookies, just to be nice. Food is always fresh, I’ve never had a complaint. HIGHLY recommend. Prices are great, especially compared to subway, where they use fake processed meat and still charge $11 for a sub.

Me and my husband love Potbelly. The customer service is always great and the staff is very helpful! Their sandwiches are good quality and fresh. I am so happy they have opened a location in St. Charles. We will be returning!

I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxed, making it a perfect escape from the summer heat. I ordered the Mediterranean sandwich with hot peppers and a cup of pot pie soup, then finished off my meal with a cold brew milkshake. The sandwich exceeded my expectations—crispy bread, fresh and tangy ingredients, and creamy hummus made it a delight. The soup was exceptional as well, boasting a perfectly buttery crust, evenly sized vegetables, and tender chicken in every bite. And the milkshake? I usually prefer my coffee black, without cream or sugar, but this milkshake was an exception to my rule and it was simply outstanding. Overall, the experience was well worth the traffic.
