Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Only half of the restaurant was open for dinner, with only one waitress. It took a while until someone showed up and put our name on the list, and we waited a while longer because only a dining area was open. We had tried to come before 5:00 on a Friday night and after waiting for a host for 5 minutes, she told us that they would close early for the night. However, the food was good and came faster than expected!

It was my first time, and I guess my expectations were too high. Burger was boiled accordingly, but the egg above was boiled to the point is basically like a hard boiled egg on my burger. Don't they know that the point of the egg is all that, what is casual? Also, they up about 15x more mayonnaise than anyone would ever want on a burger. Fries were very good, and the waiting staff did an admirable job considering that it looked like a server was responsible for the entire dining room.

Our server Ben provided excellent service—he was attentive and courteous. The onion rings were exceptional as always, and the cinnamon donut tower is definitely worth a taste. This location is thriving despite the challenges facing the restaurant industry due to staff shortages. All the employees were helpful, assisting with our food and drinks and regularly checking in on us.

Although the indoor dining area was closed, the server kindly seated my roommates and me so we could place our takeout orders. The waiter was friendly and attentive while taking our order. We all tried different burgers, which were all delicious, and we also sampled various fry options. We will definitely be coming back to dine here more often. Thank you!

During my two-month work assignment in St. Louis, where I often had to put in 11 to 12-hour days with only three days off, I found myself exhausted by the end of each day. As a result, I ended up ordering from Red Robin next to my hotel nearly every night. Trinity and the rest of the staff were always fantastic, and the food was excellent! It was always ready by the time I arrived at curbside. I'm truly grateful for their outstanding customer service during such a hectic period in my life. Thank you!
