Subway - Saint Louis

The restrooms require a code for access, which isn't unusual for this area of the city. However, it's worth noting that these are the only locks on the restroom doors. There's nothing stopping anyone who knows the code from entering any of the stalls. What's particularly noteworthy about this establishment is that the employees are not obligated to fulfill your requests.

I didn’t appreciate having to ask for a password to use the restroom. While I can understand the reasoning behind it to some extent, it became frustrating when I urgently needed to use the facilities and had to ask for the password. Initially, they seemed more focused on ensuring I would make a purchase than on helping me. It's disappointing that they would enforce such strict rules about restroom access just to push for more cookie sales. It feels quite primitive.

I absolutely love this Subway restaurant! It's very clean and well-maintained. The seating area is one of the largest I've seen in a Subway. The staff was friendly and made my sandwich just the way I like it. I found this location conveniently situated on Kings Highway near the Science Center.

Would have been better if they knew how to fix what they were selling. Not to mention listening to customers and finding out who was there to fix it. Everything we were satisfied, but it needs work.

THE BEST SUBWAY LOCATION!!! THE YOUNG LADY NAME TIERRA (MAY HAVE SPELLED HER NAME WRONG? IS THE BEST EMPLOYEE THERE AT SUBWAY! SHE DOES AN AWESOME JOB HOOKING MY VEGGIE SANDWICH UP! I HOPE SHE GETS A RAISE SOON BECAUSE SHE DESERVES IT! I ONLY WANT HER TO MAKE MY SANDWICH..IF SHE'S NOT THERE I WON'T ORDER! KUDOS TO THIS YOUNG LADY???
