This stylish mountain restaurant does traditional (and hearty food) with a fresh, modern twist whipped up from fresh local produce and it's not eyewateringly expensive either, unlike some other slope side restaurants. It's also got a very passable wine list too. If you're in a rush La Petite Cuisine provides a more fast food menu. It's worth visiting La Fruitiere' for the terrace alone, especially when the end of day, post piste party at La Folie Douce is happening, filling the slopes live music and high energy celebration.
This is a very good restaurant, from the La Folie Douce chain. It is next to the best and highest party place worldwide La Folie Douce. In La Fruitière you can have a decent meal with very good, scenic view from the Alps. Best time to arrive is 1pm. Book a table outside, of course you in the mountains. Especially pleasant on spring time, by April. Right after lunch you just enjoy La Folie Douce and you see the party growing. Nice food, good choice of wines. We had a fillet au poivre, but for a plat du jour it was a very nice size and very nice quality. A bit pricey, just a bit.
Uncontournable! This is the place to miss! An apero, a whole meal is very well served! Servers like chefs... don't hesitate!
At the foot of the slopes, with a beautiful terrace, ideal for children, a reception and a service upstairs! A place to recommend!
