Wah Shing Chinese - Saint Marys

I visited this restaurant for the lunch special with a friend. Although the decor is a bit dated, it has a certain charm that shows it has stood the test of time. It reminds me of the old cafes in Hong Kong. The place is clean, with lovely lilac and pink table linens, and the service is prompt and friendly. We ordered the fried beef rice noodle, which was delicious. The Szechuan beef with rice had a generous portion of beef and was spicy and flavorful, though it could have been a little less sweet. Overall, it was a great value for the money, and we will definitely be back.

First time eating there tonight. Hubby and I took the children.. and we were very impressed. The food was absolutely delicious and the lovely lady that served us really went above and beyond to cater to all our needs ! Thank you very much for your beautiful service and being a super woman with all the running around you do ! Highly recommend this restaurant. Staff are very friendly and food is fantastic!

The meal was really enjoyable. The soup was delicious and the portion size was generous. Next time, I’ll request smaller bowls. The fried rice was nice, and the chicken with black bean was good as well, although there were a bit too many onions for my taste.

This is a great option for dinner after a day trip to the Blue Mountains from Sydney. While the decor is a bit outdated, the quality of the food is impressive. Plus, it's very affordable for Chinese cuisine.

The meals are lovely and the price is great. We loved our lunch so much so we backed up for dinner!
