The Boxcar - Saint Marys

The Boxcar has truly went down hill big time as of late. This is the 3rd time in the last 6 weeks that I have stopped to get wings but they didn’t have any. Their excuse is we having troubled getting them. If that’s the case take them off the menu or find a different supplier. So I settled for a boxcar burger and fries. The quality of the burger is not as good as it used to be and they changed the fries. They are now some cheap batter coated fries rather than the steak fries they used to serve. Also 3 burgers, 3 fries, and 3 sodas cost $45. I understand restaurants have fallen on hard times however, the quality of the food should not suffer. This place is not even average any longer. I used to be a regular at least visiting the place once a week…. Sorry but I will not be back.

We have eaten at the Boxcar several times for lunch, and once for the Sunday brunch.
