Very good lunch, impeccable and careful service. The setting is modern and warm, and the background music is pleasant. I took the starter and main course menu. The foie gras reduction of banyuls was delicious. As a main course, Wellington-style beef fillet, cooked at low temperature and tender as desired, accompanied by a small glass of Mercurey red wine, the perfect combination.
