Superb discovery at the Colmar Christmas market! Charlie le tollier's mother is extraordinarily kind. It is rare to meet traders with this state of mind today! Good surprises during the tastings, the mulled wine with spices is succulent and much better than on some other stands! The beers are original and pleasant. We are distributed with 3 locally brewed beers and above all with a business card because we intend to continue to buy local by supporting our Alsatian workers! THANKS !!!

Very warm and friendly welcome. We ate excellent tartes flambées. It had been years since I had eaten real ones of this quality. This is undoubtedly also due to the quality of the bacon which comes from a local farm. Sweet flames are excellent. We drank a local lemonade with a very delicate taste, it is not very sweet but you don't feel it. Please note that the restaurant is also an independent brewery and if the beers are on the same level as the lemonade, it must be worth the detour. The menu is full of humor, like the welcome I recommend !
