The one of St Maximin is to be avoided. Indeed, dishes do not seem fresh. The frying inputs (nems, shrimps and crab clips) look old, it looks like they have been heated several times. On the other hand, for more than 10 years, I have had lunch from time to time in the Gourmand Buddha in Brignoles and I have never been disappointed!

I was an accustomed to a brignoles restaurant since the opening or every visit was a treat. However, for several years the quality has fallen considerably. The nems have narrowed and prices have increased. Everything is disgusting to see doubtful whether it is the nems the spring reels or the cooked dishes. That's a shame.
