Very slow and lots of messing around by staff. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

There was one older gentleman behind the counter and 3 or 4 cars in the drive through. I was the only customer in the store. The gentleman say Sorry, we are only taking orders one at a time since we are so busy and so understaffed. Fine by me. Quality over quantity. But this gentleman was not moving like he had a purpose. He takes a few orders, and eventually walks up to me, looks me in the eye, and asks me what I would like. When I started to answer, he cuts me off and says Sir, I TOLD you we are only taking one order at a time. You 're going to have to wait. Then he waddles away. He was talking to someone on his headpiece. BUT HE LOOKED ME IN THE EYE! Fine. I 'll wait. Then he sends one of the only other workers there on break. Fine. But then she goes behind me in line! She only has a 20 minute break for lunch, and she was to wait behind me on slowpoke behind the counter? I left and went to the Subway. Seems like a terrible place to work. This was Friday 7/27/23 around 1 or 2 pm. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered at the drive-thru and ended up getting the wrong order went back in and they fixed it right away. Absolutely great service. I felt bad that it was close to closing time but they made sure to take care of us. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! 1-star for food because you can't get any, and 1-star for atmosphere because 0-star for service creates a black hole for everything else. The owner needs to fire the person in charge and find someone else, and if that was the owner, sell the restaurant to someone who knows the slightest bit about customer service and hospitality. I wish this was a one off occurrence, but this is a disturbing trend at this location. Thank God there's a McDonald's across the street. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
