The Crab Claw - Saint Michaels

The crabs were absolutely delicious, and I was thrilled to have my first Maryland crab experience with some fresh jumbo crabs on the crab claw. The prices were certainly on the higher side, but you really do get what you pay for. My mom was a bit disappointed with the size of the shells she received, but they were incredibly fresh, so I had no complaints. The best advice is to order a few pitchers of beer and treat yourself!

Iconic. My family has been enjoying The Crab Claw for 45 years! It's like taking a trip back to the '70s, '80s, and '90s while we feast on countless crabs throughout the years. One of my favorites is the Fried Hard Crab. Although we are on land now, you can't beat the experience of dining by the waters of Chesapeake Bay, savoring the Miles River specialties, and indulging in freshly caught Eastern seafood!

The atmosphere was incredible, with fantastic seating right by the water. The oysters were enormous and flavorful! I do wish they offered salts to complement them, but that might just be typical for the Southeast. The crab was also fresh and delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with excellent service! And I have to mention, it was one of the best Bloody Marys I've ever tasted!

Amazing experience! Taylor is the best server!! Their drink is not empty and their attention is impeccable. Tracy the first face we saw offered an amazing accommodation to put us in the perfect place. Thank you for making our escape unforgettable. The **** Marys were out of the chain.

Had a really wonderful experience here for my mom’s 70th. The food was spectacular. The staff was amazing and very attentive. They went above and beyond. By the way their crab dip was probably the best I’ve ever had. This spot is definitely worth your time.
