Rotisserie St-Hubert - SAINT-NICOLAS

While visiting Quebec we decided to pick up a family pack of chicken for dinner. We got a whole chicken, 4 fries, 4 pieces of bread, 4 gravy and 4 coleslaws. It was a ton of food for $32. I placed the order online, and the food was hot and waiting for me when I arrived to pick it up. While the food tasted fine, coming from Ontario I cannot help but compare it to Swiss Chalet. Although St. Hubert's gives you more food, Swiss Chalet is much more flavourful (chicken, fries, bread and gravy). However it was a good meal for good value, that sure beats fast food any day. I would definitely recommend St. Hubert's.

No real surprise. Offers very reliably good chicken roasted. They now offer a few variations of roasted chicken. My partner had their chicken with piri-piri sauce. Great fries. Just the right crispness outside, and tender inside. I had their chicken noodle soup and Cesar Salad. I love their soup. The broth is so rich with chicken flavour and the noodles are tender and lovely for slurping (should you choose to, just like when you were a kid). They have updated their decor and offer outdoor seating at this location. They also have a nook created for kids to play touch screen video games to keep them entertained before the food arrives or after they've eaten but the adults weren't quite ready to leave. It has always been a favourite when we lived in the Maritimes and this visit didn't disappoint. It is close to the Days Inn where we were staying overnight for a short walk over.

After a long car ride, this meal was delightful. Beautiful restaurant, delicious food, our server Marie-Pierre was lovely. Not inexpensive but worth it.

Stopped here on our way through Quebec on route to New Brunswick . Nothing makes me more aggravated then when locals treat travellers with less attention than their other tables . When we were seated the hostess gave us one menu, when the waitress came to the table she seemed annoyed that we asked for a second menu. when she delivered drinks to the other tables she gave them straws . Asked a different male waiter for some straws and then he never returned . The meal was very poor. The ceasar salad was over dressed and the lettuce was old. The club sandwich had no mayo and was cold when it finally made it to the table . The waitress never came back and asked if any of our meal was ok and then we waited 15 minutes after finishing for her to come back and give us our Check. As she rang out all the other tables before us . Very poor quality of Service and food and the owner of St Hubert in general should acknowledge the state of this establishment . Won't be back to any st Hubert in the future .
