Caribou Coffee - Saint Paul

This is my nearest Caribou location. The drive-thru service is usually excellent, and their drinks are great. However, I have to take away a star because their operating hours have reduced over time, and there are occasions when they are completely closed, which is indicated by a 'sorry' sign at the window. I understand that this might be due to staffing issues, but I’ve stopped visiting this location due to its unpredictable hours.

They got my order correct and even remembered the extra cream!

This is a cozy and welcoming spot to visit! I highly recommend it to anyone who works from home.

However, I have to deduct a star because their operating hours have been reduced, and there are times when they're unexpectedly closed, often indicated by a sad note on the window. I suspect this might be due to staffing issues, but I can’t rely on this place anymore because of its inconsistent availability.
