Caribou Coffee - Saint Paul

I always enjoy dining at this restaurant, and they consistently help ensure my order is correct. Keep up the excellent work!

The coffee experience was similar to any other coffee shop I've visited. Unfortunately, the staff was quite frustrating. They spent time snapping pictures for a friend instead of attending to customers. I don't want to come across as demanding, but is it too much to ask to pay before I leave?

The staff is amazing! Although we have three Caribou Coffee locations closer to home, they can't seem to get the caramel high risk right. The customer service here is outstanding, the atmosphere is inviting, and (most importantly) the coffee is always prepared perfectly. Thank you to the staff for the care you put into every order, and for ensuring that your entire team knows how to make the drinks on the menu correctly. You all are fantastic!

Try to collect a free coffee perk with my order in the register. She said there was a new process, and I could only redeem if I was through the mobile app now, so on and so on. I just got my free coffee on another caribou and they said it was never their process.

Had been going here since it opened. Never will go back. Terrible customer service that?s only getting worse. Your money?s better spent elsewhere.
