Feedback gevenDisclaimer: Employees were VERY KIND and great. That's not on them. The weekend was hard for lunch. Only two galls work. I ordered on the app and had pickup ready for 12:40, it was not ready and I got it almost twenty minutes later. Not true. There was a line of over ten customers present and many pick-up and door-people also wait. Rent more people and pay better wages if that? It is unpleasant to wait for fast service food for these long, especially before ordering.
Always is definitely delicious but. The service went down, slow and middle workers should be able to make happy to the customer, although they reduce the part of the meat and rest if they notice that low in the container, so please improve your service. At the latest when I was there, I wait an hour for my food and I tried to cancel my order that they did not accept? was rude to me because not my fault that they were situacion or other customers on that day many people like me were upset. You want me to eat fast?
The portions have recently become small, the staff is sometimes unobstructed with food, from adding the material to the Burrito/Bowl to bring it into side containers. They are always made of a kind of meat or a side. I'm just saying if it's a line, expect bad services when fewer people expect a better service. Update-September 2022 Wing over the weekend to get something for my family, and I and there was a noticeable improvement. First, there are more staff for the evening shift. Secondly, the food components are the right size. In the end, nothing was grounded on my order of six. I am very pleased with my recent experience and hope that it will remain that way. I also tried the new Garlic Guajillo Steak and it was beautiful. The description said the steak was tender, but I was skeptical and expected a rubber-like bite. However, the steak was perfectly cooked and the taste was a pleasant surprise. I usually get Barbacoa, but this will be my new meat.
I'd say this is the worst chipotle in twin cities, but I really don't know. This isn't the first terrible chipotle I had, and I think it will be the last. I ordered my food online and they said it was ready at 6:00. I sat there for another 20 minutes waiting for my food to be ready. Do not rely on these people for a meal you will be disappointed. Don't go to that chipotle.
