My husband and I decided to go to the Forest Lake Chipotle and once we stepped in, we decided to go elsewhere. We drove an extra 18 minutes to try out the Vadnais Heights location. It was a gamble, because half of the time we go to a Chipotle they are out of rice, beans, fajita peppers, or guac. We won that gamble, because not only did they have everything, almost all of it was fresh (complete opposite of the Forest Lake location, which FYI didn’t have guac and we could see the dirty food counter from outside the building DO NOT GO TO THE FOREST LAKE CHIPOTLE)! Did I mention that it was a half hour before closing? The employees were outstanding as well! It honestly felt like we stepped into a Chipotle from a few years ago.
I came in at about 2 on 10/30. I’ve been getting chipotle for years but this is the first time I’ve been here, and the chicken bowl I got from here is by far the best bowl I’ve gotten from any chipotle to this date. It probably isn’t always this good, but this bowl was so good, I had to say something. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch
One of the worst locations I've been to. The rice was so undercooked it ruined the whole bowl. Considering the rice makes up almost half the bowl you can imagine how bad it is to have hard rice get in every bite. Very little meat portion also. Would not recommend this location. Staff was grumpy. Hour from closing while I was there they seemed like they where shutting down. Putting chairs on tables and tables where left wet and dirty. Also I only get 3 things on my burrito and they always charge extra for meat. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
I had an online order, and there were a few chunks of meat that were in my veggie burrito bowl. That is so disgusting. My husband wanted the verde salsa and they drenched it with the hottest salsa.
