Esb, East Side - Saint Paul

What a fantastic little restaurant! The menu is incredible, the food is outstanding, and the service is always friendly. I highly recommend this spot for both casual dining and business meals with a refined menu. It has the best Brussels sprouts dish I've enjoyed in a long time!

The food here is unique, diverse, and carefully crafted by an incredibly passionate and talented chef who genuinely puts his heart into every dish and the overall experience. I tried the Brussels sprouts, which were a delightful combination of sweet and tangy flavors, beautifully complemented by the hong shao rou and an exceptional mix of textures. The drinks were equally impressive; I sampled two of the mocktails, and both were bursting with flavor and perfectly quenched my thirst. The icing on the cake, however, is the staff. Their warmth and kindness can brighten even the darkest days. Every person I interacted with brought their own unique charm and character, adding layers of humanity to an already welcoming and spirited atmosphere. I can't wait to return and try another dish or two soon!

We absolutely loved Ward 6 and were really sad when it closed down. On a whim, we decided to check if anything had taken its place, and what a delightful surprise! I actually enjoyed the food even more than at Ward 6 (though I will always miss the incredible bread and mixed nuts!). The curry fries were outstanding. They have a great selection of beers on tap and some unique cocktails. Our server, Jamie, was fantastic. We can't wait to go back! Sorry to all the other places we've tried, but we’ve found our new favorite spot!

Amazing food and drinks. Bartender really created some amazing drinks. We will be back! Yum!
