Famous Dave's Roseville MN - Saint Paul

I have no idea why this restaurant appears on Open Table. It's a restaurant where you order at the counter and then grab a table. We showed up at 19:15 and said they had stopped serving customers even though their closing time was at 10:00. They explained that they were “maxed out” for the day and could not serve more customers. Replaced and will no longer support Famous Dave's restaurants. Many other alternatives.

Please stop for your system to book reservations for a restaurant that does not accept reservations. We have made reservations for Father's Day and were told on arrival, they do not accept reservations. STOP IT! It seems a very simple thing to either remove the location or block the reservations. It leaves a bad taste in the mouth that the great food and service cannot repair.

As usual we enjoyed the food. Thanks for the military discount! We'll be back.

I called that we were about 10 minutes late. You told me that was not a problem. Once we had waited about 3 to 5 minutes to order our food. We chose a stand. They had a bucket of water to wipe the table and the cabin seats before we sat what I suspected was a disinfectant in the solution. Wait for our food was about 7 to 10 minutes. The food was delicious and plentiful. I took my dessert with me that I enjoyed very much this night and as brunch the next day.

Famous Dave’s should not be on Open Table. They had our reservation (there was 12 of us), but there weren’t any tables ready for us. That said, the staff did a wonderful job accommodating us as quickly as they could.
