Great curated cocktail list, good wine with knowledgeable bartenders. The small plates are delicious as well. Perfect spot for a date night nightcap or happy hour.

Great vibe, great spirits list (find it on their website), great cocktails, had awesome live music the night we were in. Completely unexpected in this neighborhood, totally great.

My neighbors and I welcomed the return of this restaurant, after they were closed due to Covid. As I write this I know that restaurants are struggling with staffing, supply issues, and circumstances beyond their control. That being said, customers should still be put first and their word not doubted when they have a concern/complaint about the warmth and condition of their food. I sent back my food asked for a replacement. By the time the new order arrived, my friends had finished eating. I asked for some sort of concession on the bill... Not by any means asking for it to be taken off the bill completely. I was offered 15% off. I was told that they would not be charging me for my first meal... The one that was cold! No member of management came by to apologize. There are plenty of new restaurants in the University area. My friends decided after this last experience of poor service at Hodges Bend, to check out other places.

Top notch. Amazing experimental food and drinks with a twist. Great layout and service too. On a clear day you can sit on the patio. Easy to get to and from by light rail makes this a total winner. The cubicles are a good way to gather in the Covid era. The bottled chandeliers are a great touch to the decor. Go! Enjoy!

Ana is an absolutely amazing bartender! She surprised me with one of the best egg white sours I've ever had off menu, still no idea what all was in it. So good to see people in their element like this who know what they're doing...Excellent service all around and great ambiance. Hopefully Ana is tending when you go!!
