Mcdonald's - Saint Paul

My favorite McDonald's has no wait in the morning for breakfast! When you dine in, you can order from a computer, then sit down and have your food delivered to you. It's great because now I have to take even fewer steps—love it!

I've visited this restaurant a few times over the years, and I felt it was time to write a review after my most recent visit. The service was friendly, but it was rather slow. I ordered a chicken sandwich and cookies, and I ended up waiting quite a while for my meal. The young man who delivered my order was nice enough. The food was served hot, which was great. If you're ordering cookies, definitely go for the 13 instead of just 3—it's a much better deal!

I would not recommend visiting the McDonald's on Highway 96 in White Bear Lake if you're looking for a water cup with your $15 order. They don’t provide water cups, but I noticed two older women were able to get one. My son is 8, and I prefer not to let him have soda late at night! This is just absurd!

Just got a quick to go order but what seemed to be the manager just tossed the food bag on the counter for pickup and walked away. I don?t expect 5 star service but at least a little professionalism in the managers like and maybe acknowledge yourpatrons. Thank you.

Never coming here again. I paid for things that I did not receive . I ordered around 8:40 and waited 20 mins just for them to say that someone else grabbed my meal. then they made my food didn?t even give me a cup or a large fry that I ordered . theywere closing I was alr upset so I just ended leaving.
