Miletta Vista Winery - Saint Paul

We've been going here every few years for the Greeley Festival. The first year, 2019, the food was amazing, 6 stars. 2020 was the pandamic. 2021 the food was very good, 5 stars. 2022 the food was terrible. The fish was dry, the rice was crunchy, the vegetables were bland. Although the waitress was outstanding. I think she was a little embarrassed (although we didn't say anything. I think she knew. What are they doing with their good chefs!? I don't think we'll be going back.

Waited over 40 minutes no one spoke to me and asked if I’d like any help. I asked if I could do a tasting and then was going to ask for dinner but before I could she said they didn’t have time for me. Then walked off and did not help me. I waited another 10 minutes just to try and buy some wine and was and I was treated like it was a big imposition. This is really sad because I buy a considerable mount of wine from this winery and usually recommend it to a lot of people and buy gifts of wine for others. I will not recommend this winery nor will I buy wine from them ever again

We had been looking forward to dinner a Miletta Vista, but were quickly disappointed in the experience. First, we were told that we could not have a wine flight because it takes to long with dinner . Then the service was confusing (asked if we wanted salad but it didn 't come with our meal). and some of our meals didn 't get their mashed potatoes. We were not given an itemized bill when checking out (at the register rather than with the server), and after we paid the bill we realized that the server had added the tip and we were not told, so we each added another tip to our tab. The menu said gratuity would be added for groups of 8 or more, but we were a group of 6. I can understand longer waits with staffing shortages, but that doesn 't excuse the errors and deceptions.

Exactly what you I was hoping for in a Winery. Beautiful country view, several delicious wines from the sampling...hard to decide which one to purchase. Friendly staff. Highly recommend a visit!!

My wife and I made an impromptu decision to drive from Grand Island to St. Paul for dinner at the Winery. We both enjoyed delicious meals featuring seafood, spaghetti, and garlic shrimp with pasta. I ordered a glass of Workhorse wine, while my wife chose Phoenix Flight. Both wines were semi-sweet and absolutely excellent.
