Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Saint Paul

The location in the rice street is very good. perhaps new manager or new worker? at least half the time the chicken will be thoroughly dried out as it sat under heat lamps for hours. I'm not going back to this place anymore. I just got a 3 piece dinner at night and the chicken was dried out and hard like a rock. apparently it doesn't matter to the manager. the employees don't care. You take your chances when you eat here. it's a gamble.

Big customer service dame in the window screamed us more $10 more on the window, then said about the loudspeaker. no utensils. do not go to this place bad experience around.

Not complaining about eating. the workers are slow, there is no effective communication and they are very rude

My wife and I had never tried Popeyes before, and we weren’t impressed. We think KFC, Raising Cane's, and Kwik Trip have much better options.

It appeared to be a popular spot, as the line extended out into the street. It was the closest restaurant off the highway on my way home. The staff was friendly, even with a steady stream of customers arriving. Unfortunately, I found two long black hairs on my spicy chicken sandwich, but I didn't notice until I had already started eating while driving, so there wasn't much I could do at that point.
