Red Cow - Saint Paul

I went here with some Omni friends. It was a solid burger but nothing extremely noteworthy.

The vegan food I got here was good. It was nice as I went with non veg family. Brussels sprouts are good.

I wouldn't come back here unless eating with non veg friends, but they do have multiple options. I tried the cauliflower wings and the burger. They were good but nothing crazy.

The servers are always super friendly and there are enough vegan options to keep a vegan well fed. Their menu is labeled and servers seem to be knowledgeable. To be honest, my favorite thing on the menu is their hummus plate I get it with no bread, sub extra veggies and it’s a meal in itself! They also have plenty of gluten free vegan options, which is key for me.
