Salty Tart Bakery - Saint Paul

The restaurant offers fantastic food in a spacious, well-lit environment that's perfect for working. There are large tables available, ideal for spreading out your materials or enjoying their incredible selection of dishes and baked goods. The menu features upscale café cuisine, with options that go beyond the typical sandwiches and fries you might encounter elsewhere. It's also convenient that there are carafes of water and glasses provided, so you can refill your drinks without having to get up repeatedly. I had a great experience here and look forward to returning.

This restaurant has a stunning ambiance and serves some of the most beautiful dishes in the city. If you visit, you must try the mushroom crostini—it was absolutely perfect. The prices are quite reasonable compared to other upscale brunch spots. Plus, it's conveniently located right next to the farmers market if you're there on the weekend!

Everything about this place is perfect. The food, coffee, and vibes! Everything is on point. If you're looking for an instagram-worthy breakfast, this is your spot!! The coffee drinks are so cute you won't want to drink them, but when you do, you'll want 3 more. My personal favorites are the salted caramel latte and the egg sandwich. I've had them both several times and I'm never disappointed. The staff is friendly and the service is efficient. You're never waiting too long for your coffee and the food comes out quickly too. I highly recommend their sweet treats too. I have yet to be disappointed by anything the Salty Tart has to offer!

Salty Tart is a welcomed addition to the Markethouse Collaborative and to Lowertown. Here you’ll find hand-crafted coffee beverages, fresh-made pastries and bread, delicious desserts, and reasonable breakfast and lunch fare. Enjoy also their spacious seating area for a short, relaxing escape. Located at the southeast corner of the Markethouse building, there is also an entrance on the east side through the Octo Fishbar. Recommended!

Great lil brunch spot! Well lit, comfy atmosphere, a nice little selection of pastry and tarts, a couple yummi small plates and a good selection of caffeinated beverages. I recommend the Honey Turmeric latte!
