Subway - Saint Paul

This is likely one of the worst Subway locations I've visited. Some days the food is incorrectly prepared, other days my online order goes missing, and on some occasions, the credit card machine is out of order. There's always something amiss at this place. They should consider closing down and exploring other avenues for income, as franchise ownership doesn’t seem to be their strong suit. Rating for the food: 3/5.

Very bad customer service to busy on their phone then touching food. Gave me a line mayonnaise and said they would have to go to the back to get more. THEY ARE VERY LAZY 0/10 DON’T RECOMMEND

I paid for extra cheese but didn’t receive any at all. When I called to complain, the woman I spoke to was rude and informed me that there wasn't a manager on duty. It seems strange that there wouldn't be a manager available.

This Subway is situated inside Walmart, functioning as a typical Subway shop within another business. They offer all the usual bread and sub options, including 6-inch and footlong sandwiches. I typically love the chicken bacon ranch but decided to try the steak onion teriyaki this time. I recommend asking the sandwich makers to be a bit more generous with the extras like onions, peppers, and sauces, as they seemed a little stingy. Other than that, the environment was clean, and the staff was friendly and chatty.

The sandwiches were sloppy and I ordered extra meat on one but it was still a less than normal amount. One of my sandwiches had a banana pepper in it and ruined the taste of the sandwich. None of the sandwiches were treated with care and they tasted bad. I don’t recommend the only positive is that it was edible
